Driving Experience

This experience is available at the following locations:

  • Elvington Airfield (York)
  • Teesside Autodrome (Middlesbrough)
PLEASE NOTE: Some experiences may vary from venue to venue.

You will have the opportunity to drive four of the best track cars available today: the Porsche 911 Turbo, BMW M3, Subaru Impreza and the absolutely astonishing Ariel Atom.

The Ariel Atom is probably the fastest road car on the planet! This is a truely remarkable driving experience that will create a memory for life.

Your Ariel Atom Experience Plus Driving Gift consists of the following:

  • Signing on followed by a safety and techniques briefing given by an experienced race driver instructor.
  • You will learn about the racing line and be taught how to get the best out of your time on the track and of course the cars themselves.
  • You will be driven on two familiarisation circuit laps by your instructor.
  • You will then drive yourself on 4 laps of the track in EACH of the following cars:
     
    • Porsche 911 Turbo
    • BMW M3
    • Subaru Impreza STi
    • Ariel Atom
       
  • Each session will be 4 laps.
  • Once you complete your drive you will be given a certificate to remind you of your day (and prove to your mates that it was all for real!)

Please allow around 2 hours at the circuit for your Ariel Atom Experience Plus.

Why not complete your driving experience with a hot lap driven by a professional driver. You wont believe how fast you can go. The passenger lap will take place in the car nominated for passenger laps that day. Cars normally used include BMW M3, Lotus Elise, Subaru or Caterham.
